By qualifying JEE adv can I get NIT Trichey/MNIT Allahabad/NIT Warangal/NIT Durgapur?

NO.
JEE ADVANCED 2018 is only for admissions to IIT's, ISM, IIST, IISc, IISER's, etc.
To get into NIT's you need to qualify JEE MAIN and have a good score in it.
