Can I change college affiliated by aktu after one year

Each college has different criteria so I would suggest you to contact the college officials, They can help you if they allow, It also depends the college, you wish to take admission for the branch, any seat is available or not and what formalities you need to complete to join or leave the college (pursuing the programme).
