What do you mean by decrease in marks? Well, I assume that you are asking for cutoffs and decrease in cutoffs. Let me tell you that the official BITSAT cutoffs aren't announced yet. Also, BITSAT is still ongoing. So, I don't think right now we can predict BITSAT cutoffs.
