Mark sheet of Senior School Certificate Examination (XII Standard) under 10+2 School System or its equivalent issued by the Board/University. (2 Photo Copies)
Senior School/XII Pass Certificate Issued by the Board. (1 Photo Copy)
Matriculation/Secondary School/X Pass Certificate issued by the Board/Date of Birth Certificate (1 Photo Copy)
Transfer/Migration Certificate
Anti-Ragging Declaration Affidavits
Certificate of Medical fitness
DD with the specified amount.
