Hey Manish
As BITSAT is online based exam
So the number of test centres in a particular city is limited.
So all the seats in these cities which you mentioned may have been occupied by other candidates who filled the form before you.
So you have to choose some other place or date.
Do the registration as soon as possible because if you delayed than other cities which are near your residence will not available also.
