For calculation of your 12th boards marks for the purpose of adding it in the 50% weightage of the combined score, As There are a total of 5 subjects in 12th then the percentage of all will be considered in this. If you also had an additional subject, it's score will not be added to calculate the percentage. Best of 4 rule doesn't apply here.
Also in BCOM LLB you will get weightage of 4 commerce subjects studied in 12th ie Accounts, Business Studies, Economics and Maths. So you will get 4 marks each as weighate for studying the subjects that you had. Example if you didn't have maths and had rest 3 then you'll get weightage for 3 subjects. But if you had maths or had maths as an additional subject then you'll get weightage for studying that.
