But what i am getting right now is that you are asking to do pg grad in india or abroad.
So i would twll you it totally depends upon the course you are doing and also that you want with your future.
Like there are factors that affect this dilemma. If you are willing to speen your life out of india in future you should opt for course out of india, because the degrew we gwt has higher value there only not in india and if you dont want to go out you should opt for india.
If you choosing management/mba and want to give CAT exam you have to be in india and if you choose to give GMAT you do outside.
So if always depends upon the dimensions you are in . If you tell me more specifically your scenario than i could also advice and inculcate better for you.
