Hello sir/Ma'am, I am not satisfied with 2nd extended round results and alloted college during kcet counselling 2023. Is there any option for me to withdraw my application and go for next year by attempting kcet 2024 again ? If so, will I get back the refund for the fee paid ? Thanks.
