hi... how much score is required in jee mains 2020 out of 300 for eligibility in IIIT Delhi... After qualifying, is there any other exam through JAC ???? What is JAC? (outsider ... non delhi student)

Dear candidate, let me start with the last question first. JAC is not an exam. JAC Delhi counselling is conducted for admissions into the B.Tech courses offered by the three colleges DTU, NSUT, IGDTUW. The admission authority prepare a merit list of JAC Delhi on the basis of which admissions will be offered to candidates. JEE Main qualified candidates who wish to take admission through JAC Delhi admission have to register first for the JAC Delhi counselling process which will be open for every round. Admission authorities conducts counselling of JAC Delhi in online mode in four rounds.
For taking admission in IIIT Delhi, you first have to register for the JAC counselling. But the merit list released by IIIT Delhi is different from JAC. It releases its own merit list and admissions are given according to it.
Now comes the question of the marks you need to score in mains for IIITD. For the top branch like CSE your rank must be under 5k. As the new pattern has been released so the new cut off trends can't be assumed. But I would like to tell you that it's not only the JEE mains score, but other extra corricular activities and winning in oylmpiads is also considered. Your score will be out of 100 in the merit list where jee mains score has the maximum weightage. After that you if you have participated in any oylmpiads at national or international level, if you have cleared NTSE or any competition can increase your cumulative score.
All the best
Hope this helps
