College like BIT Sindri is a state government medical college and if you want to take admission there then you will need to have a domicile of jharkhand state.If you are having that then you will have to appear in jcece examination conducted by jcece and and you will he allotted colleges according to your rank.For bit sindri if you are general then you will have to be inside 500 rank.
