Yes,there is a facility to get the forgotten registration number. Go to AP EAMCET  portal and click on the tab forgot registration number ,an empty details page displays .fill the details transaction ID and your XII HALL TICKET NUMBER .for your transaction ID go to AP EAMCET portal and click on the receipt and fill the required details then you will get it .

Please check your registered email and phone number. After the payment of AP EAMCET application fee you will receive your registration number to your registered email ID and phone number. Please check spam emails if you cannot find the email in your inbox. Check the SMS sent by the concerning authorities.
