how do we get the kcet seat surrender order from kea

KEA will be announcing KCET 2019 seat allotment result in two rounds. One additional round will be held if the seats remain vacant after the initial two rounds. Candidates who are allotted seat in the first round will have four choices as given below:

Choice 1: Satisfied with the allotment result and willing to report at the allotted institute for admissions

Choice 2: Satisfied with the allotment result but willing to participate in the next round of counselling

Choice 3: Not satisfied with the allotment result and willing to participate in the next round of counselling

Choice 4: Not satisfied with the allotment result and willing to withdraw seat as I got admission elsewhere
