How to calculate ITNU rank and which minimum requirements of percentage in gseb to get CSE in ITNU?
Let me clarify this. The university has 50% of the seats through Gujcet counselling i.e it is through ACPC. In this case there are 120 seats are in CSE through ACPC and the ranks are on the basis of the GUJCET marks and class 12 marks (PCM) in the ratio 40:60. Now the calculation is not specified by ACPC. so its not possible to know this. However last year the closing rank at the end of round 2 is 398 while the marks are 99.21339.
As for the ITNU ranks, that is for the 35% of seats through JEE Main. There are 84 seats under this. Cutoff for this is not available for 2018 but for 2017, the ITNU rank was 426 and JEE Main rank was 23293.
There is no clause of minimum GSEB percentage clause for getting CSE. If you are eligible, then you should get the seat provided, you secure good scores in both GUJCET as well as class 12. That is because CS is a very popular branch.
