Hello,
There is certain proces you have to follow.
If you are satisfied with the branch and college then you can lock it .
If you are not satisfied then you can wait till next round and choose upgradation option.
In next round if you get the desired branch then you can lock it and avail seat.
Later you have to visit the allotted centre for verification purpose.
