Well I am very sorry to inform you Sathvik that you will not get Computer Science and Engineering in any of the 31 NITs with or without home state quota. I request you to either reconsider your choice of branch or look for admission through some other exams and counselling. You can also go for a drop year and improve your score.

Well according to your rank it is very difficult to get a seat in most colleges through JOSAA. You can do one thing. Look for private colleges which take admission through JEE Main such as Jaypee Institute, Symbiosis Institute, Galgotias etc.
If you have appeared for some other exam then see if you are getting a college there.
You can also take drop as last resort. There is no problem in preparing one year and getting your dream college instead of compromising now!

Thank u for your valauble sugissions.another one question, i want resevation is there in state wise bcd (e), this quota considered to central.Central not given to obc in sistakaranam now state wise given to Bcd.if you possible?
I am sorry but the exact implications of reservation and how it is applied for central and state colleges is something I am not very sure about. So I cannot help you with the same!
