Your 10+2 marks have no bearing in securing a seat in MBBS. Your NEET score and Category determine your rank in the merit list. In 2018, under State Quota, 338 marks secured a seat in Raichur Institute of Medical Science under OBC Category. That was the cut off. With 280 marks you might get a private Dental College.
