I got 96.3% in jee paper 2 with a crl of 10076 and my category(obc)rank as 3001 can I expect a confirm seat in any of the nits/bits/spa

With this rank in JEE main paper 2 you cannot get a seat in any architecture and planning colleges like. NITs, Bit, and SPAs. Your rank is very high. Even your OBC category rank is very high.
So please go for some good private colleges for architecture in India
