I got 9.94 in state board and 325 in bitsat exam 9225 mains rank can i get any scholar ship

Hi Ravi ! No there is no such system of scholarship in bits Pilani. This scholarship system is only present in IIIT Hyderabad and in IISER. So don't hope for it. Moreover you would have got scholarship if your rank was in top 10 in class 12 board. So best of luck to you.
