i got seat in cse with 40% scholarship is it wise to choose in lpu and i am from hyd or shall i choose one of private ebg college in hyd

It depends you obviously know that you are not getting good colleges and hence you are going for private college btech. If you do btech from a college in your city then you will be near your home that in itself is an advantage moreover since you are not getting a good college so you do not have an advantage in either lpu or a college in your city, lastly talking about scholarship that you are getting then it does not make any sense as even after scholarship your lpu fee would most probably exceed the fee of a college (private) in your city hence it is better to stay near your home and work on your skills.

In my opinion, you should go for LPU since 40% scholarship is not a mere reduction in amount, your fees will be reduced and LPU is one of the best and largest university which provides quality education at a reasonable cost with no doubt best placements both national and international. You are getting back far more in terms of placements and education along with other various opportunities apart from academics when compared to the investment you are investing here in terms of fees.
