I have scored 96.52 in Cat but 74.47 in VA RC section, is there a chance from SPjain or MDi?

It will depend on the sectional percentile criteria as yours is a borderline case. MDI usually calls people above 95 percentile but they have sectionals above 75. SPJIMR will also be a similar case for you.
