Hello Kaluva,

BITSAT is conducted for admissions to various courses offered by the three campuses of Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad.

As for your question, your form wouldn't have been submitted without scanned copies of photo and signature, so login to your original registration account agin through the registered email id and password and upload the required documents.
