yes bro , you can definetly be elegible for the NEET and EAMCET(AGBSC) exams as there is of 4 times writing it in a lifetime so you definetly have a chance of writing it again as you belong to the bipc stream so you have to definetly get qualified in the NEET to have a bright future , and the government had made compulsory of clearing the NEET to get a seat in the universities so that you can perfectly become a qualified doctor , but if you are not qualified in the NEET you can also apply for EAMCET so that you can also get seat in any Agbsc which is also a very good stream in the Bipc which is also a leading stream so hope you get succeded in your life and all the best for your future
