Ict Mumbai, Cu shah Mumbai, Bombay college of pharmacy, will these colleges allow me to leave their colleges in middle of first year if I want to go for MBBS seat?

No college can stop you but if you want refund and all then you should inform the college before hand that you might leave the college if you get chance in medical.
