If I apply for the 2nd councelling will I lose the college alloted in the 1st councelling? and please tell the process too.

If you are satisfied with the college you got in first counselling please go with it if you are wanted to go for second counseling make sure that you are applying for all better college because if you got seat in second counseling the first counselling seat may be cancelled.
