if i choose upgrade option in wbjee 2021. is that possible that i can get any college which is lower in order of my preference list then the one which is already allotted to me?

Yeah! this can also be possible. See if there develops such as situation that the college you have marked towards the first of your preference list gets filled up. So you will be alloted seats which have the vacant seats among other colleges in your preference list. But for most of the times, a student gets better college compared to that college as several vacancies are created laterwards.
