If I withdraw in fourth round of upsee.Will I be eligible for fifth round.I have already been allotted a college (jss)civil. Please help me.

No,you are not eligible for 5th round of counseling & your alloted seat will be also rejected if u take withdrawl option

If you withdraw from the counselling you will not be able to join further round of counselling.

Yes, you have to report and you have to take your provisional admission then you acn go for float option.
