In WBJEE 2018 my gmr is 11144 and obc b rank is 468, but in wbjee official website they show me you are not allotted any seat,what can I do?

This might happen because you may have filled up options for top colleges and the fjrst riubd cutoffs being higher, you might not hav ebene allotted seats.
You should wait for secind and third round of counselling where you can surely get colleges.
You shoukd check counselling details for dreeze, float and slide options.
