The State Entrance Examination - Uttar Pradesh Technical University(SEE-UPTU) (formerly known as UPSEAT) is an annual college entrance examination in Uttar Pradesh for engineering, architecture, pharmacy and management courses.
It is not solely for government colleges but many government colleges in UP accept UPSEE score for admission. Here is a link which shows a list of top government colleges that accept UPSEE for admission -
