my jee 2k17 rank is 70000 .And my obc rank is 18799.can I get admission in Dtu or Nsit.i am outside Delhi.

You have less chances in DTU and NSIT based on your rank.
You have chances to get NIT Manipur based on your rank or you can try in private colleges.
