My obc rank is 85000 and 90%in 12. can i get admission in nsit or dtu

I am sorry to say that you have a Very very low chance to get stuck.
But try for NSIT maybe you can get some branch-like control engineering.
Your rank is less so fewer chances of getting main branches in DTU. So better try private institutions.
