Am sorry to say but with a rank of 115073 you would not get a seat in top colleges but yes you would get a engineering seat!
Here are the list of colleges that you can get your Btech degree. Presidency college Bangalore(probably second or third round), mysore college of engineering(second round), mycem(second round), cambrige institute of technology (mechanical in second or third round), and mysore royal institute of technology ( second round).Good luck!
