Hello Dear ,
I don't predict the college's without the rank. To take admission in NIT's and IIT's there is a cut off and cut off changes every year .But to take admission in NIT's JOSSA counselling is mandatory, without JOSSA counselling you don't get admission in colleges .and josaa counselling is started from 6 Oct 2020 . Firstly do your son's JOSSA counselling and firstly fill those colleges in which you think to take admission .
