Sir my 2019 wbjee counseling cancel I have got any government college in 4th round plz any one tell me how i can do it?????

If your counselling got cancelled then you are out of the counselling process and you can't again join it but if you have applied for upgradation then you ll have to go to the same centre where you applied for upgradation at that zone only your seat will be confirmed and before that check which college you are getting.
