What amount of fee to be pay in upsee counseilling....is it refundable...if yes...then till which round??

The registration fees for UPSEE counselling is 20,000 rupees for General/OBC candidate and it is 12,000 for SC/ST. You will be charged a nominal amount of 2,000 rupees per round of counselling till which you have attended i.e. if you are alloted a seat and you wish to withdraw or opt out of counselling after 2nd round you will be charged 4,000 and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account. In case you were not alloted a seat in any of the rounds in that case full amount will be refunded.
