First of all congratulations for getting such a good score. You might be aware of BITS colleges, there are 3 campuses- Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. Looking at the previous year trends, you have the following options open for you-

BITS Pilani- There is a possibility that you may get Chemical, Civil and Manufacturing engg branches based on the previous year cutoff score(280,274 and 270 respectively).

BITS Goa- Chemical and Mechanical (cutoff scores 260 and 283 respectively).

BITS Hyderabad- Chemical, Civil, Mechanical and Electronics and Instrumentation( cutoff scores 257, 258, 275 and 286 respectively).

Thus it is apparent that you are getting good number of options. Read about the branches and then select the one which interests you. Then choose according to your preferences.

Hi,your bitsat score is little less for getting a seat in most branches of bits pilani,goa or Hyderabad campus.Still, you can get bachelor of engineering in chemical and civil branch at Hyderabad campus and civil branch in goa and pilani campus.
