hello vaishnavi,

TFWS stands for Tution Fee Waiver Scheme. It is actully a financial assistance for mentorious students who have scored good marrks in entrance examinations and are opting for engineering admissions. Under this scheme, the tution fees of the aspirent is waived.

PH stands for physically Handicaped which you can understand from its name.
