Hello Shubham,
You are in doubt of re-arranging the colleges, which should come first or second. I want to tell you that you should always keep the top colleges in the list first. The colleges or branch which you want should be on the top of your list and the list will be decreasing accordingly. You can search for the colleges according to your rank and put them on the list.
