which is better - civil engineering from PEC Chandigarh or computer science from UIET Chandigarh?
Apart from IIT, top colleges for civil engineering are National Institute of Technology, R.V.College of Engineering, Delhi Technological University, College of Engineering Pune, UPES Dehradun,Lovely Professional University etc.
