What is the Fees of NIT Patna?
It has various heads including tuition, examination and registration fees, and others. The fee for SC/ST/PH students is separately mentioned in the fee structure. There are some relaxations given to SC/ST/PH students and various other students belonging to low-income groups under the fee concept of NIT Patna. How to Pay NIT Patna Fees?
Go to the official site and click on the fee payment link
Select ‘Get User ID and password for new UG admission’.
Enter JEE Main roll no. and DOB.
The fee portal will appear on the screen.
The applicant will see the user ID and one-time password, you need to change the password.
The candidate must log in with the new password.
Finally, do the payment by credit/debit/net banking via (the banks mentioned on the site).
Have a printout for the proof of NITP fees payment.
Select ‘Registration form entry’ and then opt for semester 1 at the top of the screen.
Finally, the student is done with the payment procedure.

Note:
SC/ST/PH students can avail the complete tuition fee waiver excluding the fee under other heads. Candidate needs to submit a caste certificate issued from the officer holding the rank of SDO/CO, not from the ones below this rank.
Candidates having low family income i.e less than Rs 1 lakh can too acquire a full tuition fee waiver. He/she has to submit an income certificate from the officers of SDO/CO rank not below this specified rank.
Students who have a family income between Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakhs will have ⅔ remission of tuition fees after submitting the income certificate with the same rank as mentioned above but have to pay the fee falling other heads.

College Infrastructure
Overall good infrastructure. The road connecting to the college from boys hostel needs improvement and overall good campus and there were nice canteens,libraries and necessary equipments were also available for the students.

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is very bad. The bricks that were attached to the walls of the college were not fixed properly. We have the classrooms with projectors,but we haven't seen the professors using those to teach us.We don't have smart boards. We have a good Library with a plenty of books.They are only useful for academics ,but not for other purposes like preparing for govt. jobs... We've a small ground in which we can't play football and cricket at a time.(that small it is....) we've good laboraties with all equipment. In our hostel we have wifi facilities(only ethernet but not internet). Living spaces are not clean and the food is not hygienic.(once we questioned mess incharge.He replied-"We Bihari's prefer quantity over quality."
