Wbjee: Do we need to report again to RC for document verification for upgraded seat in 3rd round if we reported earlier alrealy in 1st round

Yes u have to report if u want ur seat even after third counselling to block ur seat for 3rd counselling in order to retain it even after 3rd counselling
