In order to be eligible for MS (Master of Science), You must have done yoru bachelor's degree whether in B.Tech, Bsc, or any other stream. Your PCM marks is not much of use here, but your graduation percentage will be required for eligibility criteria in MS courses in various colleges.
The eligibility criteria for an MS degree is a minimum of 50-60% marks in the UG level, along with a valid GATE score to get admission in the MS course. Students can also apply after successfully completing their CSIR/UGC NET exam.
