Can i get nsit/dtu coe/it/se, i am general outside delhi defence quota priority 3 candidate and i scored 140 marks in jee mains 2019.

You may get NSIT with this much score. The chances of getting DTU is very less as the competition is tough for that. Most of the students in Delhi want to get in DTU Delhi.
Try opting for NSIT and other colleges as you stand a chance there having the Defence quota.
