Both have good placement but in case of infrastructure and facility LPU is better than any other University. Coming to your question I would like to tell that choose of branch is always necessary than the college you should choose the branch in which you have the area of the interest because you are going to study this for all you upcoming 4 years ,

But according toyoyr question I would like to go for the cse branch in the uiet , as this course is in the demand and you are getting this in a good college ,
