I am from OBC A and my rank in wbjee is 2231 can I get in Jadavpur?

Hello aspirant,
Congratulations for securing that rank. To get into Jadavpur University, you need to get a rank under 1500,If you are going for Electronics, CSE, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation etc., then you need a very decent score, your rank should be under 600700.
But, if you want to get in IT, Power, Printing, Construction
etc then scoring under 12001500 will be enough.
As you got 2231, it'll be difficult to get Computer science in Jadavpur University.

I know that I will not get cse in ju but can I get electrical or something? Also in the counseling did they judge by gmr or obcA rank?
