I applied for BA hons psychology in IGNOU. I am also pursuing BA hons English in DU. today I was told that I can't do this so I'll have to take a diploma degree. How should I do that?

First of all, you cannot pursue two degree course simultaneously, at any point in time.
Second, of all, IGNOU doesn't allow degree and diploma course to be persued at the same time.
What IGNOU allows is degree with certificate courses, so choose wisely according to what suits you and your future aspirations.
