i got 20k in this year and join engineering.can i re write kcet exam the next year and i already completed 1 year engineering so based on kcet rank can i join to 2nd year engineering

Yes, you can write KCET again next year even if you're already studying Engineering. However, if you get a better rank, you'll have to take admission through the regular counselling process and start from 1st year again. KCET doesn't allow you to join directly in 2nd year based on a new rank. Lateral entry to 2nd year is generally meant for diploma students.
