Frankly speaking it is very less chance but you should try atleast once we should hope for the best.Tommorow KCET 2019 external round seat allotment results is releasing

But last year the cutoff extended till 7605 rank in the second extended round though the second round had ended up by 5576(approx).this year second round has ended with 6023 rank.i probably think I can get but wanted assurance. And one more question what is the difference in cutoff range from one round to the other.
