Hi pal,
According to your rank, you can go for IIT and NIT for persue MSc physics. Though du is also one of the best for pg in physics, but iit having it's own slandered, you can easily get seat in any iit or nit by this rank.
Hope this will help you.
Good luck.

But I am in general category. Will this rank be enough??
Probably you have a chance in 4th 5th cut off but you can go for NIT with this rank for sure.
Will NIT be good?? And if yes, plespl suggest which one.
I'm also a physics scholar, i would suggest to go for central universities such nisr, iiser, iisc ,aries then make your second choice nit, if you choose nit by chance then nit jodhpur, wrangle, jalandher, jaipur are good for pursuing physic.
How to apply for IISERS and other institutions??
Will they call in this much rank??
