I think you better go with a Nativity certificate from village office through Akshaya centre.Even if DOB and Place of birth is the concern for Nativity, you cannot take a risk on this.Which may lead you to reupload the certificates and post it to the cee.So I recommend you to produce a Nativity certificate from village office.
