Is it mandatory to select the colleges according to the district ...in TS EAMCET...2019 urgent

seats are provided in college according to the algorithm, that closest gets preference. considering the question you asked, although it is not mandatory to select according to district, but you do have certain higher chance in those only if you are within the cosing rank. Make sure to keep a brief idea of various closing ranks and the colleges that you might get with your position.
